The first thing you need is an air compressor. It’s recommended to get the biggest air compressor you can afford. This will have an effect on the rest of the tools that you are able to get and how you can use them, so it’s worth a hefty investment.
The next tool you need is a cutoff wheel. It can be air-powered or electric. Electric is less expensive and more powerful, but may not handle the same way as an air-powered cutoff wheel. You can use it to cut off pretty much everything.
Remember that you will also always need to purchase accessories for you tools. Proper eye and hand protection, as well as different discs and blades for your saws and cutoff wheel, will be required.
